Biography

Sahar Bina is senior counsel in our Century City office, where her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions. Her practice covers a wide variety of real estate matters, with an emphasis on advising clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and day-to-day management and operation of commercial real estate across the country, including office and retail properties. Sahar has represented a diverse group of clients, ranging from private individuals and closely held entities, to REITs, pension funds and institutional owners and investors.

Sahar has successfully represented landlords and tenants in structuring and negotiating office and retail leases totaling several million square feet for properties across the country. She also advises clients regarding day-to-day operational matters, including landlord-tenant disputes and property management matters.

Education

Sahar received her B.A., summa cum laude, in communication studies from University of California, Los Angeles, in 2000. Sahar obtained her J.D., magna cum laude, from Loyola Law School in 2003 where she served as articles editor for the Loyola Law Review and was awarded Order of the Coif. Sahar was also a member of the Sayre McNeil and St. Thomas More Honor Societies while at Loyola.
