Jonathan D. Consani focuses on real estate transactions, with an emphasis on acquisitions and dispositions and commercial leasing for institutional clients, including REITs, funds and global real estate managers.
He represents both landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating lease agreements and amendments, and related items such as broker agreements, easements, subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements, letters of intent and estoppel certificates.
Prior to working at Allen Matkins, Jonathan was on the in-house legal team at CBRE.
Jonathan received his B.A., magna cum laude, in business administration with a focus on finance and real estate from Chapman University in 2011. As an undergraduate he was a Cheverton Trophy Nominee, the highest academic honor at the school. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Loyola Law School in 2014 where he was an Order of the Coif member, was on the Dean's Honor List and was a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society.
