Arica A. Delakovias

Biography

Arica A. Delakovias is a paralegal in the San Francisco office of Allen Matkins where she is a member of the firm's Real Estate and Labor and Employment groups. She has a broad real estate experience with a specialty in real estate finance. Arica's experience includes loan origination, assumption, partial release and workout transactions. She also assists with labor and employment matters ranging from employment defense for major technology clients to several class actions matters.

Prior to Allen Matkins, Arica was a paralegal at Barry & Associates. She received recognition for her research in the publication, "Nine Pillars of the Citadel," by David Barry.

Arica also has experience in the real estate industry as a realtor with RE/MAX Real Estate Specialists and as administrator for American Title Company – National Escrow and Title Services.

Education

Arica received her B.A. in political science from San Francisco State University and her paralegal certificate from the ABA-approved program at California State University, East Bay, with an emphasis in e-discovery and employment. Arica also holds a California Real Estate license.
