Christa Stern Eilers is a true collaborator who views her relationship with her clients not just as that of attorney-client but as that of team members. As part of that team, Christa relishes listening to her clients and understanding their needs.
For more than 10 years, Christa has drawn on these skills to successfully represent commercial landlords and tenants, varying in size from large institutions and developers to entrepreneurs, in retail, industrial, office and mixed use transactions. Christa also has considerable experience negotiating and documenting purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, option agreements, sale-leaseback agreements, and license agreements.
In addition, Christa has a significant background assisting clients with the ground up development of shopping centers and residential subdivisions, including addressing land use issues, obtaining governmental approvals, and negotiating and drafting development agreements, CC&Rs, REAs, and easement agreements.
