Susan E. Graham is a partner in the Orange County office where she focuses on real estate law with an emphasis in finance. She has extensive experience in all aspects of complex commercial finance transactions, as well as representing owners in connection with multifamily, mixed-use and commercial developments. Susan regularly represents financial institutions and borrowers in connection with structuring, negotiating and documenting real estate secured loans and problem loan workouts for office, retail, multifamily and mixed-use developments. She also advises and assists lenders in restructuring distressed loans, foreclosures and loan sale transactions.
