Erin L. Murphy is a partner in the Los Angeles office whose practice involves real estate transactions, with an emphasis on commercial lease transactions, including broker listing agreements, straight leases, renewals, and sublease and assignment transactions. Clients rely on Erin to represent their interests, as landlords, on office projects throughout the western United States totaling more than 3.5 million square feet. In addition to commercial lease transactions, Erin has extensive experience in the acquisition and disposition of individual properties and portfolios, as well as financing and land use in connection with commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use projects.

Erin received her B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2003. While at UCLA, Erin served as the Copy Editor for the UCLA Undergraduate Law Journal. Erin graduated from Loyola Law School in 2006, where she received a Faculty Academic Honors Scholarship. She was chief justice of the Scott Moot Court Honors Board from 2005-2006, a member of the St. Thomas More Honor Society, and mentored first-year students as part of Loyola's Student Mentoring Program.
