Natalie Rad

Biography

Natalie Rad is an associate in our Century City office's Real Estate group. Her practice focuses on real estate transactions with an emphasis on acquisition, leasing, and commercial development.

Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Natalie worked in the Business & Complex Litigation division of the Office of the Los Angeles City Attorney. While there, Natalie worked on a broad range of litigation, including contract disputes, civil rights, and litigation involving the constitutionality of City ordinances. Natalie has also worked for the U.S. Department of State in the Economics Section of the U.S. Embassy in Rome, Italy and in the Office of Senator Joseph Lieberman in Washington D.C.

Natalie speaks Farsi, Spanish, Italian and is proficient in Hebrew. She is also an avid tennis player.

Education

Natalie received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated summa cum laude with College Honors. Natalie served as a senior editor of the Harvard Business Law Review and participated in the Harvard Negotiation program, where she successfully competed as a winner of the 60th annual Williston Negotiation Competition in 2013. She is also a published author of the book, "A New Cold War."
