Bradley N. Schweitzer has been a partner in our Orange County office since 1998. Brad's practice involves all facets of real estate transactional law, with a special emphasis on leasing. Brad represents both landlords and tenants in office, industrial and retail settings. In addition to his leasing practice, Brad represents buyers and sellers of land and commercial properties, including office, industrial and retail projects, on behalf of clients ranging from individuals to institutions. Among the types of real estate transactions on which Brad works are assignment and lease takeover transactions; brokerage agreements; build-to-suit leases; CC&Rs; REAs; ground leases; subleases; option agreements; and title and survey review.

Brad received his B.A. in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1979, and received his J.D., cum laude, from Loyola Law School in 1986.
