Ariel Shaeps is a real estate associate in Allen Matkins’ Century City office. He has experience in a range of real estate, construction, and commercial issues, including the review, analysis, and preparation of documents associated with acquisition, leasing, construction and financing transactions. Ari has also assisted clients through all facets of litigation.
Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Ari worked as an associate with a boutique law office specializing in real estate. While there, he represented individuals, businesses, and other entities in various real estate, finance, and commercial matters.
Ari speaks conversational Spanish.
Ari obtained his J.D., cum laude, in 2009 from Loyola Law School, where he graduated Order of the Coif. During law school, he served as a note and comment editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review and participated as a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society. Ari also worked as a tutor for the Loyola Law School’s writing program. He graduated with a B.A. in global studies from University of California at Santa Barbara in 2004, during which period he studied abroad in Spain and interned for the U.S. Department of State in the U.S. Consulate General in Barcelona, Spain.
