Allison Shrallow is an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group of our San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate and engage in the interactive process, wrongful termination, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations in state and federal court and before administrative agencies. She also advises employers on a variety of labor and employment issues including the protection of trade secrets, state and federal leave statutes, and wage and hour laws. She also works with employers in reviewing, preparing, and updating their employee handbooks and personnel policies to ensure compliance with California’s labor and employment laws.
Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Allison was an associate at Freeman, Mathis & Gary where she practiced in labor and employment law.
Allison received her J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, magna cum laude, in 2010. While in law school, she received the CALI Excellence in the Future Award for receiving the highest grade in four of her
classes and was elected to the Order of the Coif and the Thurston Society. Allison served as the Executive Symposium Editor on The Hastings Communication and Entertainment Law Journal.
In 2007, Allison earned her B.A. in psychology from the University of Arizona.
