Biography

Adam L. Stock is the Chief Information Officer at Allen Matkins. Adam leads the firm's technology operations, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives.

His responsibilities include: 

  • Refining the business processes at the firm to provide better service and efficiency to clients
  • Ensuring the security of data shared with the firm
  • Aligning technology systems and procedures to lead to outcomes in line with business goals

Prior to his current role, Adam served as the firm's Chief Marketing and Client Services Officer. Before joining the legal profession, Adam procured legal services and worked closely with law firms as a high technology executive at Auctiva Corporation, Electronics for Imaging, Inc., and several start-up companies.

He is a frequent speaker on law firm technology, marketing, and client service. Adam has been the Chair of Legal Marketing Technology Conference for several years. He has served on the boards of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA), the Legal Sales and Service Organization (LSSO), and is a cofounder of the SALI Alliance, which is driving open standards in the legal industry.

Education

Adam received his B.A. from Yale University,cum laude, in computer science and molecular biophysics & biochemistry.
