Lindsay M. Tabaian

Biography

Lindsay M. Tabaian focuses her practice on land use, environmental, water law and general litigation matters. She advises clients on land use entitlement, California Environmental Quality Act, local government, and environmental issues, and has assisted in trials involving water rights, fee assessments, contaminated real estate, toxic torts and redevelopment of oil fields.

Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Lindsay worked at a Southern California law firm serving as the primary contract city attorney for a number of cities, including Cypress, San Dimas and Carson, California. During this time she also represented many other cities and public agencies advising on various issues related to land use, entitlements and environmental law.

Education

Lindsay received her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego, where she was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. She received her J.D. from USC Gould School of Law. While at USC, Lindsay was a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program, where she finished as a semi-finalist and was awarded the Barger & Wolen Written Advocacy Award for Best Brief.
