Biography

Heidi Eick Taliaferro is a senior counsel in the firm’s Orange County office where she is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. Heidi is a team player who has handled a broad range of real estate transactions with an emphasis on purchase and sale, real estate development and finance.

Heidi helps clients successfully close complex real estate transactions and manage through various issues related to title, land use, entitlements and financing. She has extensive experience in transactions involving all types of real estate assets across the country, including office, industrial, retail, self-storage, multifamily, master-planned communities, raw land, hotels and resorts.

Heidi also has handled several foreclosures and negotiated and documented numerous loan workouts, note sales and REO dispositions on behalf of various lenders.

At Stanford, Heidi participated on the varsity volleyball team for four years and won the NCAA Women's Volleyball Championship in 1992
