Ryan T. Waggoner is a real estate litigator practicing in the firm’s Los Angeles office. His experience encompasses virtually every type of real estate-related dispute—from disputes concerning the financing of projects, to construction litigation (claims among construction participants, as well as construction defect litigation), to disputes between commercial landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers of real estate, and participants within an ownership group. Ryan's strong litigation capabilities and nuanced understanding of the industry’s inner workings have allowed him to successfully resolve complex real estate-related disputes at every level, including through pre-litigation negotiations, mediation, arbitration and traditional litigation.

Ryan received his B.A. in economics from Claremont McKenna College in 2004. In 2007, he earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School.
