As part of this process, we review the underlying loan documents and buyer’s organizational documents; prepare and negotiate loan assumption documents (which may include modifications of the underlying loan documents); and work to close the transaction.
In addition, we routinely review title insurance reports and surveys and review and negotiate opinion letters.
