Our attorneys have wide-ranging experience structuring, documenting, and negotiating all types of secured financing transactions for all major classifications of real estate assets including permanent, mezzanine, participating, revolving credit, and construction loans, CMBS and capital market, and structured finance transactions. Allen Matkins' real estate finance attorneys are experts in traditional, securitized and structured debt transactions, production loans for the development of residential tracts, sale leasebacks, development bonds, and ground lease financing. We represent loan servicers with regard to post closing and loan servicing matters. We have also been involved in numerous note sales (both individual and portfolio transactions), participation and co-lending structures. Our extensive real estate experience allows us to represent our lender and borrower clients with an accurate understanding of current market conditions and the myriad of land use, environmental, and/or tax issues relating to the underlying real property collateral. The broad experience of our real estate practice gives the real estate finance attorneys the capability to craft creative and practical solutions, which address the lender's concerns while still facilitating the borrower's need to close the financing in a timely and efficient manner.
