Biography

Amanda D. Donson is an associate in the firm's Orange County office, where she is a member of the Real Estate Department. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States with an emphasis in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing of a variety of property types, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, medical office and undeveloped land.  

Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Amanda was an associate at Greenberg Traurig.

Education

Amanda received her B.A. in history with a minor in art history from the University of California, Los Angeles. She received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was awarded membership to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Amanda served as a board member to the Honors Moot Court External Program and competed at the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition. She was a recipient of the CALI Award for legal research and writing and advocacy and also honored for her contributions to the community through her participation in pro bono work.
