Seth Garrett is a real estate associate in the firm's San Diego office. He represents clients in transactional real estate and business matters, including: investment, acquisitions and dispositions, planning and development, leasing, financing, construction and property management of retail, office, industrial, multifamily residential and hospitality projects as well as entity formation, governance and dissolutions of limited liability companies, corporations and partnerships. Seth’s experience allows him to serve his clients who share the common goal of minimizing the chances of future litigation. 

Prior to attending law school, Seth was a commercial real estate broker at CBRE for five years. While at CBRE, Seth honed his negotiation and transactional skills while representing commercial and industrial real estate developers, business owners and investors. Seth’s commercial real estate experience and breadth and depth of knowledge distinguishes him from other attorneys in his approach to his clients’ transactional matters.

Seth graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law with a concentration in Business and Corporate Law. While in law school, he received numerous academic honors including Dean’s List and a CALI Award, was a Law Student Ambassador and was a member of both the Real Estate and Land Use Society and the Business Law Society. He received his B.S. in Regional Development from the University of Arizona.
