The Docket Specialist will provide support to the Litigation, Labor and Bankruptcy practice firm wide. This position reports directly to the firm's Senior Manager, Docketing. This is a position with firm wide responsibility thus occasional travel to other offices may be required.
This position is based in Orange County and requires frequent travel to our San Diego office. Provides a wide range of facilities support to the entire OC and SD offices. The Facilities Coordinator will manage office functions including: work order coordination, security badge and access assignments, daily office operations, and providing general support services for divisional attorneys and business professionals. This position is currently an on-site role.
The Business Development Specialist will serve as a primary business development contact for Litigation, Labor & Employment, and Tax practices. The Paralegal Supervisor is a dual role that combines hands-on real estate paralegal responsibilities with supervision of the firm's transactional paralegal team. The role balances direct oversight of complex real estate matters with team supervision responsibilities such as workflow management, performance management, and operational procedures. This hybrid structure is designed to maintain direct client service while ensuring effective team and workflow management. The Billing and Collection Specialist is a key member of the finance team, and is responsible for managing client billing and ensuring timely collection of payments for the firm. This position involves the completion of all facets of the billing and collection function and a variety of accounting duties following established policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and clients to generate accurate and detailed bills, follow up on outstanding invoices, and resolve billing inquiries. The role also demands meticulous attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and a deep understanding of legal billing processes and guidelines. This position is currently a hybrid role.
Under general supervision, the Legal Administrative Assistant learns and performs secretarial tasks related to the specific work and function of attorneys, secretaries and other timekeepers. The Legal Administrative Assistant learns and maintains a general knowledge of the firm’s practice areas and a specialized knowledge of the attorneys’ practice area(s) and clients. The Legal Administrative Assistant ensures client relations and satisfaction are attained in all areas of position. This position is currently an on-site role.
The Recruiting & Professional Development Assistant, reporting directly to the firm’s Chief Recruiting Officer, will provide administrative support to the Recruiting and PD team. This is a position with firmwide responsibility thus occasional travel to our offices is required. This position is currently a hybrid role.
Under general supervision of the Director, User Success, the User Success Analyst is responsible for answering, analyzing, and solving Service Desk calls, and escalating unresolved issues as needed to the appropriate teams. This position serves as a subject matter expert on the firm's technology applications and processes, which provides the ability to quickly answer How-To software questions and eventually lead to training end-users as needed. This position is currently an on-site role.
The Real Estate Paralegal will provide organizational and practice specific assistance to attorneys in the Real Estate practice group in all stages of real estate transactions from pre- to post-closing duties with a particular focus on real estate finance transactions.
