The presentation is intended for general practitioners, business and corporate law specialists, and other professionals, including CPAs and accountants. Panelists will focus on the high level “must know” aspects of new developments in this area of the law, and recent developments in federal law on private placements, including changes in Regulation D, Crowdfunding, and Reg A+.
