Allen Matkins attorneys named to the 2021 Southern California Rising Stars – those who are either 40 years of age or younger, or have been practicing for 10 years or less – include Lindsay M. Tabaian in the firm's Los Angeles office, Shannon I. Snell in the firm's Century City office, and Andrew A.
