  • Advised tenant, an electronics manufacturer, and negotiated on their behalf with Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board regarding VOC and metals contamination at former electronic parts manufacturing facility in Torrance, California. 
  • Represented computer hard disc manufacturer on compliance with environmental laws including hazardous material, hazardous waste, recycling, wastewater discharges, and air emissions. 
  • Defended an international manufacturer and distributor of audio and video products for use at home, in the car, and in business environments, in arbitrations involving claims for disability discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination. 
  • Represented laser photonics company in a $35 million merger. 
  • Represented the former Chairman and CEO of an American multinational information technology corporation in connection with multiple shareholder derivative lawsuits involving tens of millions of dollars and related litigation in state and federal courts in California and Delaware.
  • Represented international computer hard drive manufacturer in connection with class action lawsuit regarding alleged misclassification of employees, unpaid overtime, and meal and rest period violations.
