- Represented large food processing client in connection with regional contaminated groundwater Superfund site in negotiations with U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. EPA for terms of consent decree, and with potentially responsible parties (PRPs) regarding cleanup responsibilities, cost contribution, and resolution of claims for contamination and treatment costs by affected water purveyors.
