With low vacancy rates and increasing freight movement, it is not a surprise that the survey's panelists including Allen Matkins attorneys, Matt Fogt, Sandy Jacobson, John Tipton, and Gary McKitterick are optimistic about the next three years, both in the East Bay and San Joaquin and Sacramento counties. The same optimism applies to Southern California, where warehouse demand in the next three years is predicted to be just as strong as, if not better than, today.
