Korinna "Kori" Anderson

Associate

Kori is an associate in the Century City office who assists clients with various land use transactional matters, including due diligence, securing entitlements, and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). She has experience across a range of ground-up and converted developments, including mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail, and industrial projects. Kori closely monitors changes in state housing and development laws. She also helps clients navigate local zoning and land use regulations surrounding signage and out-of-home advertising. She has worked on marquee projects throughout Southern California, with a particular focus on infill developments in Los Angeles and neighboring areas.

Kori was a member of the nationally ranked mock trial team at Berkeley Law, and she won the Bales Trial Competition as a first-year law student. During law school, Kori volunteered with the East Bay Community Law Center’s Housing Clinic, advising low-income clients facing eviction, and she completed internships with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office and California’s Office of Planning and Research. Kori began her legal career at a top global litigation firm.

  • Developer. Assisting with the ground-up development of a senior housing facility in Beverly Hills, CA.
  • Multifamily REIT/National Real Estate Investment Firm. Advising a joint venture in a redevelopment of an existing commercial building into a modernized retail setting and development of a ground-up 350-unit residential structure in Orange County.
  • Media Company. Assisting a major media company in its development of innovative digital signage as part of West Hollywood’s Sunset Arts & Advertising Program.
