Kled is a real estate associate in the Century City office who focuses on construction and development matters. He has extensive experience assisting clients with design and architect agreements, construction contracts, engineering and consulting agreements, construction licenses and easements, development management agreements, and project management agreements. Kled helps clients with every step of the development process, efficiently bringing entitled projects to completion. He also works on leasing, purchase, and sale transactions.
Kled’s recent projects include ground-up development work in the multifamily and industrial space, tenant improvement work, adaptive reuse and large multi-phase ground-up mixed-use, entertainment, and stadium development deals.
Before joining Allen Matkins, Kled was a risk manager with global advisory firm, Willis Towers Watson, where he advised institutional clients on development projects including the construction of global headquarters, hospitals, a casino, transportation infrastructure, and other multi-phase, mixed-use projects.
Prior to attending law school, Kled obtained undergraduate and graduate degrees in civil engineering and worked with engineering firms and regional design-build firms, giving him a strong technical background that aids his current practice.
