Global Real Estate Chair Tony Natsis was quoted in an article in Bisnow about the potential for Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass to cancel the ULA tax, which is known as the "mansion tax." The Mayor has mentioned that she is considering whether the City can cancel the tax, in light of the recent wildfires. Tony said, “I don't know whether she has the power to do it or not, and I don't think anybody does. I think you’ve just got to go for it, just the way they went for ULA.”
