Blake is a real estate associate in the Century City office.

As a law student, Blake clerked at a boutique Southern California firm, where he focused on litigation, employment, and construction matters. Before law school, he worked in leasing for an industrial REIT, gaining experience drafting and analyzing lease agreements and proposals, as well as negotiating lease terms with tenants and other brokers.
