Associate
Grant is a real estate associate in the San Francisco office. He represents clients in real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions, and commercial leasing matters. Grant has negotiated and closed all matters related to financing agreements, commercial leases, and purchase and sale documents. He has a multifaceted practice, with experience working on shopping centers, hospitality, multifamily, and a range of other asset types throughout the United States.
During law school, Grant completed an internship with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration. He also served as an articles editor for the UC Law Journal.
