Grant is a real estate associate in the San Francisco office. With an emphasis on finance, he advises national borrowers, lenders, investors, and other corporate clients on commercial real estate transactions, from single-asset deals to multi-state portfolio matters. Grant has negotiated and closed all manner of financing agreements, including guaranties, promissory notes, mortgages, and deeds of trust, as well as various purchase, sale, and management contracts. He has a multifaceted practice, with experience working on shopping center, hospitality, multifamily, and a range of other asset types throughout the United States.
During law school, Grant completed an internship with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration. He also served as an articles editor for the UC Law Journal.
