Hadar is a real estate senior counsel in our Los Angeles office. She concentrates her practice on real estate and land use law, with experience in acquisitions and dispositions, drafting and negotiating construction and development agreements, obtaining zoning, land use, and governmental approval for projects, landlord tenant law, and commercial property disputes.
Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Hadar worked as in-house counsel for EGC Luxury Homes, a real estate developer with holdings and operations in commercial and multi-family residential properties. Before working at EGC Luxury Homes, Hadar was an attorney at a boutique firm where she handled complex real estate and business transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and financing matters. Prior to this, Hadar worked as an associate at Allen Matkins.
