Larry Kleinberg

Prior to arriving at Allen Matkins, Larry held several senior financial, operational, and strategic positions at national law firms, most recently as the Executive Director at Atkinson, Andelson, Ruud and Romo. Previously, Larry served as the CFO and later Executive Director at Munger, Tolles & Olson. During his time at these firms, both saw unprecedented growth in revenue, income and headcount through periods of increasing operational complexity and economic uncertainty, including significant shifts in client requirements. His extensive background in strategic planning, finance, technology, and law firm operations management helped guide and grow these organizations throughout his tenure.

Larry is a founding board member of the Western Legal Leadership Council, a frequent speaker and panelist on law firm strategic and management developments, and is a school board-appointed member of two citizen’s bond oversight committees for his local school district.
