Christine McWilliams is the Chief Recruiting & Professional Development Officer at Allen Matkins, where she leads the firm’s talent management function. This includes Attorney Recruiting, Professional Development, and Diversity. She leads the development and execution of the firm’s talent management strategies and is specifically focused on key talent acquisition, development, diversity, inclusion, and retention.

Christine has more than 20 years of experience in talent management. Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Christine worked at a number of AmLaw 100 and 200 firms where she held a variety of senior-level positions focused on all aspects of attorney recruiting, integration, retention, diversity, and professional development.
