Gregory J. Noblitt

Gregory is senior counsel in the Century City office and a member of the Real Estate practice. He has a comprehensive commercial leasing practice, advising clients in transactions across asset types, including office, retail, life science, industrial, and data centers, as well as ground-up developments through the western United States. His clients range from global institutional, financial services, and REITs to small private investment firms and family offices.

Prior to law school, Greg worked for a private equity real estate investment company, where he served on the management team for an over 1 million-square-foot office and retail portfolio. He received his California Real Estate Sales License in 2004.
