Brett is a real estate associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. His practice encompasses all types of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and finance.

Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Brett was in-house counsel at a global architecture and design firm, where he negotiated leases for the firm’s 50+ offices, counseled firm leaders in resolving lease-related disputes, and advised the board of directors and senior executives on a broad range of corporate and compliance matters.
