Ryan is a leading real estate litigator in California. He has deep experience representing clients in disputes concerning commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and financing and security agreements. Ryan represents Fortune 500 companies, middle market companies, and emerging businesses.
Ryan has a deep understanding of the unique rules and regulations that apply to real estate and real estate secured transactions. He has successfully resolved complex real estate-related disputes at every level, including through pre-litigation negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and traditional litigation in virtually all forums, including state and federal courts.
Most recently, he secured a complete defense verdict on behalf of a real estate developer client, which the Daily Journal recognized as one of largest and most significant verdicts in California. Ryan was also named to Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2023 "Leaders of Influence: Litigators & Trial Lawyers."
