Sara is an associate in the Century City office and member of the Land Use, Environmental, and Natural Resources Group. She has experience advising clients on the land use aspects of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development. Sara has represented institutional owners, alternative asset managers, and other developer and owner/operators in deals across asset classes, including industrial, multifamily, office, and raw land for data center development.
As a law student, she interned with J.F. Shea Co., Inc., one of the largest construction and real estate firms in the United States, gaining insight into the unique legal and business issues facing her clients today. She was also the senior submissions editor for the Southern California Law Review.
