Brendan is a real estate associate in the Century City office. He advises clients in a wide array of commercial transactions, including lease agreements, acquisitions, and dispositions, as well as construction contracts. Brendan represents both landlords and tenants in office, industrial, life science, retail, and mixed-use real estate projects nationwide. The scope of his practice ranges from large multi-faceted portfolio transactions for institutional owners to single-asset deals for family offices and small investment firms.
Prior to earning his law degree from Loyola Law School, Brendan worked as a tax associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. In law school, he served as an editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. Brendan is a former NCAA D1 athlete who played water polo for the University of California, Los Angeles.
He first became interested in the legal aspects of real estate transactions while interning for CBRE, Inc. as a college student.
