Palomar College North Education Center: A Case Study in Campus Planning and Construction Regulatory Compliance

An exploration of the planning and permitting process applicable to community colleges as well as compliance with California’s environmental and regulatory requirements through the example of Palomar Community College District’s North Education Center Project. This session will focus on the recent example of the planning and entitlement of a campus to highlight the obstacles and opportunities the heavily regulated arena of real estate development and construction.
