Event
Santa Clara, California
This year, the SFBA Chapter is proud to present an inaugural CLE event on advanced licensing, contracts and negotiation techniques entitled, DEAL OR NO DEAL: Advanced Contracts in a Box. The program will be held on Friday, November 12, 2010 at the Hyatt Regency, Santa Clara and will offer you up to 7.5 hours of CLE courses, delicious food and networking opportunities. As the Chapter has presented finance and MBA topics through our popular Mini MBA Day series in prior years, we are providing this exciting new CLE opportunity covering expanded licensing issues and negotiation techniques in a special day. We hope to provide additional events covering other areas of this important topic in the future. Registration and sign in will open at 8:00 a.m. This will be followed by two sessions of 1½ hours each, lunch and presentation, and an additional two sessions of 1½ hours each in the afternoon. This CLE event is available to all current ACC members free of charge. Also, each member attending may bring one guest who is a non-lawyer contracts-related colleague at your company (such as a contracts administrator, paralegal, purchasing person, etc.) at no extra charge. To provide a great CLE experience for everyone, there will be a maximum of one (1) guest due to space limitations. An in-house lawyer who is not presently an ACC member can attend and register by joining as a new member of ACC.
