LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – July 11, 2024 – Allen Matkins announced today that it represented OlivePoint Capital, a private real estate investor, with respect to a $50 million investment in its latest fund by GCM Grosvenor (Nasdaq: GCMG), a global alternative asset management solutions provider with $79 billion of assets under management.
