Allen Matkins Advises Sentinel Net Lease in First Acquisition for Sentinel Opportunity Fund I

LOS ANGELES – June 28, 2024. Allen Matkins advised Sentinel Net Lease in the acquisition of a $7,775,000 Class-A office property located in the Memphis metropolitan area, as its first acquisition by real estate investment vehicle, Sentinel Opportunity Fund I, LLC. Allen Matkins also advised Sentinel in the formation of Fund I.

Sentinel Opportunity Fund I is a $100 million closed-end real estate investment fund with an actively managed portfolio of privately held office, retail and industrial real estate assets. The Fund strategically invests in stabilized, income-generating office, retail, and industrial properties across suburban locations throughout the United States.
