New Partners are Based in the Firm’s Century City and San Francisco Offices
LOS ANGELES – May 8, 2019 – Allen Matkins, a California-based full service real estate and business law firm, announced today that Paul W. Nash, Ariel Shaeps, and Elizabeth J. Wilgenburg have been elected to the firm partnership, effective July 1, 2019. Paul practices out of the firm's San Francisco office and represents clients on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including purchase and sales, financing, and leasing. Ari, whose practice focuses on complex construction matters, and Elizabeth, who has worked on some of the largest office lease deals on the West Coast, are both located in the firm's Century City office.
"Paul, Ari, and Liz represent the depth, breadth, and diverse experience Allen Matkins and its renowned real estate department have to offer. They are prime examples of how our firm provides the necessary resources to younger attorneys eager to expand their expertise and enhance their client service," says David L. Osias, managing partner of Allen Matkins. "All three of them have served as lead counsel on some of California's most notable real estate projects so their elevation to partnership is well deserved."
