LOS ANGELES – May 27, 2015 – Chambers and Partners has released its annual rankings of the premier business law firms in the U.S. and, for the 14th consecutive year, Allen Matkins is in the number one tier of real estate law firms in California. Chambers and Partners also recognized the firm's construction, environmental, and labor and employment practices among the best in the state.

Real Estate Practice: Allen Matkins covers diverse real estate matters for an impressive client base, frequently advising on the leasing, acquisition and sale of iconic real estate assets. The firm is particularly noted for its expertise with office, industrial and multi-dwelling entities. One of its marquee deals was advising Boston Properties and Hines on the lease of 714,000 square feet at 415 Mission Street to Salesforce.com, the largest leasing transaction in San Francisco's history. The 61-story office building will be named Salesforce Tower and the tallest building in the Western United States.
Construction Practice : Allen Matkins advises national and international clients across the full spectrum of construction issues arising from the development of public and private works.
