Allen Matkins Welcomes Real Estate Partner Mark Nicoletti

LOS ANGELES – August 5, 2019 – Allen Matkins, a California-based full-service real estate and business law firm, announced today the addition of real estate partner Mark Nicoletti to its Los Angeles office. Mark has extensive experience representing real estate funds, individual investors and developers, home builders, and institutional and non-institutional lenders in all areas of transactional real estate and real estate finance. He also represents commercial landlords and tenants in connection with the negotiation and preparation of commercial leases, subleases, retail space leases and lease modifications.

Mark's vast real estate experience includes matters related to construction, permanent, securitized, mezzanine, and cross-border financing; the acquisition, disposition and development of vacant land, office buildings, apartment complexes, hotels, shopping centers, and other commercial, residential, and mixed use properties; the formation and representation of corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and other joint ventures; and representing commercial tenants and landlords in connection with office, retail, and other commercial leasing, ground leasing, and leasehold financing. Prior to his legal career, Mark was a Certified Public Accountant, experience that provided him the appreciation and understanding of how to efficiently get deals done.

Mark received his juris doctorate from the University of Florida School of Law and his bachelor's degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He is admitted to the California State Bar, the State Bar of Nevada, and the Florida Bar. He's also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Pasadena Bar Association, the Italian American Bar Association, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, the Pasadena Rotary Club, and Mensa. He was recognized in Southern California Super Lawyers each year since 2016.
