Anderson Real Estate has announced its acquisition of a 12-year, 206,000-square-foot lease located at 1800 and 1900 Avenue of the Stars, from Ares Management at the firm’s reimagined “Anderson Towers” complex in the Century City submarket of Los Angeles. Ares, a global investment manager, will also receive naming rights to the building as part of the deal.
