This annual symposium will continue to review case law and legislative developments in the last year. The webinar panelists will be Delaware attorney Michael D. Allen, a Director at Richards, Layton & Finger. He will be discussing, among other things, recent Delaware case law developments and the 2017 amendments to the Delaware General Corporation Law permitting corporations to use block-chain technology for share registration and transfer and changes tot he requirements of stockholder consents. California attorney Keith Paul Bishop, a partner at Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis, will highlight decisions and legislation affecting California corporations and foreign corporations located in the state.
