New York Partner Marshall Brozost was quoted in an article that appeared in Multi-Housing News about an effort by New York City to create nearly 10,000 residential housing units in Midtown Manhattan. Marshall said, “Residential conversions and ground-up development are not inexpensive in Midtown Manhattan. That being said, if the numbers work for a project, financing will be available. This area is the heart of New York City, and people want to be part of it.”
