Law360 (September 2, 2016) As San Francisco's Salesforce Tower draws closer to completion, the city's soon-to-be tallest skyscraper represents a decade of work by law firms representing developers Boston Properties Inc. and Hines Interests LP, and the company whose record-setting lease gives the tower its name. Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP, Buchalter Nemer PLC and Goodwin Procter LLP are among a host of law firms that have helped bring the 1.4 million-square-foot tower toward the finish line, while Paul Hastings LLP scored work on Salesforce.com Inc.’s lease for half of the building. The 61-story project, in San Francisco's South of Market district, is slated to be completed in 2017 and rise to 1,070 feet, making it the seventh-tallest U.S. tower being built, according to data from Skyscraper Center. It's one of only two West Coast towers being profiled by Law360 in a weekly series looking at the law firms and lawyers behind the 10 largest U.S. towers under construction — a list that includes seven in New York and one each in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Philadelphia. The developer joint venture is represented in connection with the Salesforce lease by Allen Matkins' Tony Natsis and Elizabeth Wilgenburg.
