GlobeSt.com reported that Pac-12 Enterprises signed an 11-year, 70,000-square-foot lease at 370 Third St., an office building in the SoMa District. Pac 12, a sports-related media company that handles broadcast licensing and event planning for the Pac-12 Conference, plans to make its headquarters in the space. Allen Matkins represented, Kilroy, the owner in the sale and the lease relating to the transaction.

The multi-floor lease includes both office space and a television studio, which Pac-12 Enterprises says it will use to broadcast more than 850 live sporting events annually. Those events include all conference football games and men’s basketball games that aren't carried by the firm’s national telecast partners, ESPN and FOX.
Tony Natsis, chair of the firm's real estate department, along with Andy Ouvrier of the firm's Century City office worked on the lease on behalf of Kilroy. Peter Roth and Julie Hoffman, from the firm's Century City office, represented the buyer.
