Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
James A. Thomas serves as Chairman of the Board,President and Chief Executive Officer of Thomas Properties Group, Inc. Mr. Thomas has served on the Board of Directors since the Company was organized in March 2004. Mr. Thomas founded TPG, our predecessor company and served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of TPG from 1996 to the closing of our initial public offering in October 2004. Thomas Properties Group, Inc. is publicly traded on the NASDAQ.

Michael Matkins
Michael L. Matkins is a founding partner of the firm and is one of the country's leading experts in real estate development and finance. For more than 30 years, Mr. Matkins has advised institutional investors, lenders, property owners and developers in all aspects of purchase, sale, financing, leasing and construction of properties ranging from office and retail to recreational and mixed-use projects. Mr. Matkins guides institutional lenders and investors through the complexities of real estate investing, offering established expertise in loans, joint ventures, partnerships, sale-leasebacks, and other forms of financing and investing. Richard K. Green
Richard K. Green, Ph.D., is the Director of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate. He holds the Lusk Chair in Real Estate and is Professor in the School of Policy, Planning, and Development and the Marshall School of Business.
Prior to joining the USC faculty, Dr. Green spent four years as the Oliver T. Carr, Jr., Chair of Real Estate Finance at The George Washington University School of Business. He was Director of the Center for Washington Area Studies and the Center for Real Estate and Urban Studies at that institution. Dr. Green also taught real estate finance and economics courses for 12 years at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he was Wangard Faculty Scholar and Chair of Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
